How we work.
Understanding Your Needs
We start with your culture, curriculum and priorities, then the practicals: timetable, duties, start date and decision timeline. We capture the full package — salary, allowances, housing, visa route — then agree the selection criteria and draft the advert.
Global Candidate Search
Targeted advertising and direct outreach across our global teacher database, reaching active and passive candidates, with headhunting for hard-to-fill subjects. We check availability, expectations and right to work before anyone reaches you. Formal verification and safeguarding checks stay with your school.
Selection
We pre-sift every application against your criteria. Each candidate comes with a CV and a short overview — curriculum experience, classroom impact, pastoral fit, visa route, salary expectations — so you can compare like for like. You run the interviews; we can coordinate them.
Appoint
We handle offer logistics and contract finalisation in line with your policy. We invoice only once the teacher has completed their first day and you have confirmed the start in writing. If the offer is withdrawn before day one, no fee is due.
