We manage offer logistics and contract finalisation in line with your policy. 

We invoice only after the teacher has completed their first day and you’ve confirmed the start in writing; if the start date shifts, the invoice shifts accordingly. If the offer is withdrawn or the teacher withdraws before day one, no fee is due. 

In short, our fee is tied to a successful, verified start, keeping the model simple, transparent and low-risk.
