We begin by understanding your school’s culture, curriculum, and priorities, then clarify the practicals: timetable load, duties, safeguarding standards, start date, and decision timeline. We capture the full offer and benefits package (salary bands, allowances, housing/relocation, visa route) so the brief is accurate and attractive. Together we agree clear selection criteria and interview format. We then draft or refine the job description and advert, ready to publish.
Global Candidate Search
We run targeted advertising and direct outreach through our large, global teacher database, engaging active and passive candidates across regions and time zones. Your vacancy appears on our site and international job-board affiliates, plus social media and email campaigns. AI matching links your brief to the strongest profiles, while our team headhunts for hard-to-fill subjects. Responses flow into our ATS and talent pools. Every candidate is prequalified for credentials, safeguarding, right-to-work/visa, availability and salary fit.
Selection
We pre-sift every application against the agreed criteria. For each recommended candidate we send the CV plus a professional overview outlining curriculum experience, classroom impact, pastoral fit, availability, visa/right-to-work route and salary expectations, enabling quick like-for-like comparison. You manage interviews directly; if you prefer, we can coordinate. We mirror your chosen process and equip candidates with clear guidance and timelines, keeping decisions fast, consistent and stress-free.
Appoint
We manage offer logistics and contract finalisation in line with your policy.
We invoice only after the teacher has completed their first day and you’ve confirmed the start in writing; if the start date shifts, the invoice shifts accordingly. If the offer is withdrawn or the teacher withdraws before day one, no fee is due.
In short, our fee is tied to a successful, verified start, keeping the model simple, transparent and low-risk.
